Website Credits
Site Design
The web site was designed by Mike Berst from January through May 2003. It represents 750 hours of research, writing, coding and programming, not including the time spent shooting the many photographs.
Photography
The photography is by Mike Berst, taken at our orchard between 1999 and 2003 . Many of the recipe pictures are courtesy of the 一路向西国语版 Marketing Institute.
Technical
The site is static transitional html, with some interactive features using PHP and MySQL. linked CSS style sheets are used.

The operating system is Linux; server software Apache; database software MySQL; scripting language PHP.
